Dr. Vinod Gauba of Imperial Healthcare Institute Named the Most Distinguished Healthcare Professional at the Dubai Healthcare Excellence Awards 2018
Dubai, United Arab Emirates: Under the patronage of the Chairperson of Dubai Healthcare City Authority (DHCA), HRH Princess Haya Bint Al Hussein, wife of HH Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, and in the presence of HH Sheikh Ahmed Bin Saeed Al Maktoum, President of Dubai Civil Aviation Authority, Chairman and CEO of Emirates Airline and Group, and Chairman of Dubai Airports, the DHCA conferred the Individual Excellence Award for 2018 to Dr Vinod Gauba of Imperial Healthcare Institute, Dubai.
On this occasion, Dr Ramadan Al Blooshi the CEO of Dubai Healthcare City said, “It takes exceptional expertise, focus and vision to successfully implement and sustain innovative clinical systems and improve lives.” The winner was selected by an independent judging panel whose members are not residing in the UAE. Dr Gauba was selected for the award amongst over 3000 licensed healthcare professionals.
The award was received by Prof. Dr Vinod Gauba, the Founder and Medical Director of Imperial Healthcare, who upon receipt repeated the quote of HH Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, “The race for excellence has no finish line”. Commenting on the accolade, Prof. Dr Gauba said, “We are thrilled and honored to receive another Excellence Reward.
